No. We are a bookkeeping office. Tax advice, annual financial statements, tax returns and representation before tax authorities are provided by our partner tax advisors.
What may a bookkeeping office do?+
In particular posting ongoing business transactions, ongoing payroll accounting and preparing and submitting wage tax registrations pursuant to § 6 no. 4 StBerG, provided the statutory requirements are met.
Do you prepare advance VAT returns?+
No. Advance VAT returns and comprehensive tax advice are outside the powers of a bookkeeping office. Our partner tax advisors handle these services.
How do I hand over my receipts?+
Digitally or on paper. We sort, digitalise and archive your documents, clarify missing records and can set up digital document and approval processes.
Which industries do you serve?+
Transport and logistics, gastronomy, trade, import and export, trades, construction, medical practices as well as self-employed people and freelancers.
Which legal forms do you serve?+
GmbH, UG (limited liability), GbR, sole proprietorships and freelancers.
Do you also process mini-jobs and short-term employment?+
Yes. We process full-time, part-time, mini-job and short-term employees and take working hours, overtime, bonuses, holidays and absences into account.
